⏰ How long does dispatch take?

• Place order by 5pm Monday to Friday: dispatch in next 3 days.
• Placed order during the weekend will be dispatched in 3 days included next Monday.
• Generally, order will be dispatched all in one parcel, however

(if your order is very heavy, it may be split into multiple parcels.)

If you would like to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please let us know as soon as possible. In the case of refunds before an order has been sent out, there is a small non-refundable payment processing fee charged by the payment providers; Worldpay & Paypal and so on. This is not a fee charged by us and amounts will depend on your payment method the final total.

If you would like to swap your products and pay the same or more before dispatch the products, there is no processing fee charged.

 if you realize the address is wrong, please contact us so we can amend this for you. Please double check that the delivery address is correct before your order is dispatched.

Unfortunately, we will need to re-charge for delivery if an order is returned to us by the postal service due to incorrect address details or non-collection from sorting office. We don’t have any responsibility in the case of loss and damage due to wrong address.

Basically, UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 Class, but we use courier services for parcels of oversized or heavy. Deliveries usually arrive within the times stated but are not guaranteed.

The extent to which a parcel can be tracked varies, depending on the capabilities of your country’s postal system. Some airmail parcels will track as they leave the UK and when they are delivered, but others will show several steps in between.
